How do I exchange or return an item?

EXCHANGES
If an item needs to be exchanged, we will gladly exchange any order for another size provided the following:
  • The exchange is received by NEWBREED within 30 days from the ship date on the invoice.
  • The product(s) are in good condition and have not been washed, worn or trained in.
  • Reasonable care has been taken when returning the items.
NEWBREED reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to deny any exchange request. Please take extra care when returning goods.

RETURNS
Unless your item arrives defective or a mistake was made in your order on our part, no returns are permitted! ONLY AUTHORIZED RETURNS will be accepted after contacting us via email within 48hrs of you receiving your order. You must obtain an RMA # and return all defective and incorrect items.
